The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and fulfilling our requests quickly. They also allowed us to check in early, a great relief after a long journey. the breakfast spread offered a good variety of options, including bread, hot dishes, cereals, different types of milk. This made it easy for us to find something we liked each morning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The bus stop was right next to the place and I discovered that I could easily reach the MRT station by walking a short distance. The hotel is located in the old Singapore area that has a lot of historical attractions nearby. The room amenities like air conditioning, in-room safe, and mini-bar made my stay more comfortable. The staff was attentive to my needs and went above-and-beyond during my stay by accommodating my request.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

Great service recovery! When we encountered noise issues from the room next door, the manager immediately responded to our concern via email and compensated us with points. It's commendable how they handled the situation promptly and efficiently. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with valuable information for our budget holiday. The hotel itself was kept very clean, and the breakfast offered was worth the money. Plus, the hotel's convenient location near the MRT and bus station made exploring the neighborhood easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Singapore.

The location was perfect, with three MRT stations within a short walking distance and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. This made it very convenient for us to travel around the city and explore different areas. The hotel itself was very new and super clean clean. The facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were very accommodating, great to check-in early and fulfilling our requests for an iron promptly. the experience was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

The rooms are clean and well-designed, offering comfortable accommodation. The staff members are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast selection is varied, with different dishes served daily. the hotel is close to a shopping mall, providing convenience for guests.
The kitchen staff can be more courteous when closing the kitchen at night, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
